Mohsin Ahmed, a dedicated leader and bodybuilder, who has served as a Municipal Corporator twice for over 10 years at Qaiser Colony Ward, Roshan Gate area, Aurangabad where he built a Cultural Hall, Education Institutes, a 20-Bed Maternity Hospital, Library and a Fitness centre. His work and dedication towards the welfare of the people is exceptional. His continues to serve people under his NGO - Jan Jagran Samiti Maharashtra where he fought for the rights of the people, especially the Minorities in Marathwada region.

Education is one of the most important aspect of life. It not only transforms lives but build a sense of community.
AMC Hospital
AMC 20 Bed Maternity Hospital at Qaiser Colony, Roshan Gate area with 24 Hours OPD Facility, X-Ray and MRIs at Cheap Rates. The estimated cost is Rs. 35 Lakhs and is constructed on an open space area, and is given on lease for 100 years for just Rs. 99. The first image of the building is from the time of the hospital's completion.
AMC Library
Mohsin Ahmed has played an important role in the expansion of the Municipal Corporation Library during his period, named as Akhtar-uz-Zama Nasar Urdu Library, which is said to be one of the Largest Urdu libraries in Marathwada Region.

Even after the expansion, the library faces numerous problems. The building hardly receives any renovation. It also does not have a proper name board, and many people still find it difficult to recognize in the area. There are no events or gatherings, nor is there any promotion by the Municipal Corporation.
AMC Shaadi Khaana (Cultural Hall)
A cultural hall built for the people of the Roshan Gate area where they can organise various programs. The estimated cost was around 20 Lakh rupees.

Court cases Mohsin Ahmed fought for public interest
We'll update some cases as soon as possible.
Mohsin Ahmed won the case against the Municipal Corporation regarding the construction of two water tanks, which had been delayed in Zone No. 3 (Central Nala) and Cotton Mill (Kapaas ki Girni) at the Roshan Gate area. Very soon both the Water Tanks will get started soon as possible.
